1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Review Engine Pro, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

REP helps local businesses request, manage, and promote customer reviews across platforms like Google, Facebook, etc. We provide tools to automate review requests, monitor feedback, and improve online reputation.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate business information
Use REP only for lawful purposes
Not misuse the system to post fake reviews or spam

4. Payment & Subscription

Services are billed monthly or annually, as agreed upon during onboarding.
Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension.
Cancellation requests must be sent in writing 7 days before the next billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property

All REP content, software, and branding remain the intellectual property of Next Step Online Solutions. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the platform as a client.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 30 days.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or abuse the service.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
